Production-grade engineering skills for AI coding agents, exposed as nine slash commands (/spec, /plan, /build, /test, /constraints, /review, /webperf, /code-simplify, /ship) for each development phase.
Why it is useful
Gives an agent quality gates from spec to ship. In Claude Code the commands install as plugin commands; /review must be called as /agent-skills:review because it clashes with a built-in command.
